For a 100 x 200 warehouse, what design options do I have for dock doors, grade-level doors, and drive-through bays?
A 100×200 warehouse kit can hold multiple doors on each wall. Door sizes, spacing, and tracks are fully customizable to your fleet and workflow.
100×200 warehouse red iron steel building kits from TruSteel gives you a variety of options. The 200-ft side can hold a full dock wall. Most owners fit 8 to 14 pit-level or raised dock doors. Standard openings are 9’×10′ or 10’×10′, spaced 12–14 ft so trailers clear bumpers.
Need bigger? We upsize to 12’×14′ sectional or rolling doors for high-cube trailers.
Place one or two 12’–16′ wide grade-level overheads on the opposite wall, each with an interior ramp for forklifts. Want straight flow? Use the clear span to create a 60’–80′ drive-through bay down the center.
Oversized 24’–30′ wide by 16’–18′ high openings drop into the red-iron frame. Every bolt-up, 100 % steel kit ships with location-specific stamped building and foundation plans, IAS-accredited framing, sheeting, trim, and fasteners.
You get a sketch within 24–72 hours and materials in about four weeks after approval. Our installer network can erect the building in a few weeks, keeping your distribution schedule on track.
